Upon successful payment verification, all Pro membership entitlements (including unlimited custom links, analytics tracking, advanced theme styling, and priority features) are delivered and activated instantly and automatically within your account without physical shipment.

2. 3일 환불 보장

We strive to deliver exceptional service to global creators. If you are not satisfied with LinkMe Pro, we provide clear and transparent refund eligibility:

• Refund Window：Within 3 calendar days (72 hours) from the initial payment timestamp.
• Eligible Reasons：Technical defects unresolved in reasonable time, accidental duplicate billing, or dissatisfaction prior to extensive platform data export.
• Processing & Timing：대시보드 의견 보내기 또는 linkme_contact@163.com 으로 문의해 주시면 영업일 기준 1일 이내에 검토 후 환불 처리됩니다.
• 영수증/세금계산서 발행 제한：영수증 또는 세금계산서 발행이 신청되었거나 완료된 주문은 최종 소비가 확정된 것으로 간주되어 환불이 불가합니다.
• 암호화폐 결제 (USDT / USDC)：블록체인 네트워크의 탈중앙화 및 비가역적 특성으로 인해 USDT, USDC 등 온체인 암호화폐로 결제된 주문은 블록체인에서 확인된 후 환불이 불가합니다. 결제 전 암호화폐 종류, 체인 네트워크 및 결제 금액을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

3. 숨은 수수료 없음 및 만료 정책

LinkMe Pro는 명확한 고정 기간 이용권(1개월 / 6개월 / 1년)이며 사전 동의 없는 자동 결제가 발생하지 않습니다. 만료 시 직접 연장하지 않으면 무료 플랜으로 자동 전환되며, 생성된 모든 데이터와 프로필은 안전하게 유지됩니다.
